Airtel Goes Back To School

To forge competitive spirit in Airtel staff TheAgence devised a unique competition. ┬áThe staff was decided in four groups called “Brigades”. These cross functional groups each represented a microcosm of the management structure. Each was given a Brigade or House name, an idea borrowed from childhood school days.

The teams were encouraged to have intra-team engagements and inter-team performance competition. Live score cards and graphs were displayed at prominent locations in the office. A teaser campaign was run to generate curiosity and membership discovery was linked to the SMS system.

The activation was received very well and cultivated a new sense of bonding and competitive spirit in employees.
